Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a HR Generalist in the hospitality industry, located in Charleston, South Carolina, United States. As a HR Generalist, you will primarily be tasked with performing administrative duties, managing data, and ensuring compliance with HR procedures. Responsibilities: • Ensure accurate entry of data into HR information systems and carry out audits for data accuracy. • Oversee the on-boarding and off-boarding process to provide a remarkable employee experience. • Coordinate pre-screening activities such as background checks and employment verifications. • Handle all administrative activities, which includes collecting all pertinent employee information and documents. • Maintain records of personnel-related data/files such as I-9, EEO, etc. and assist in making sure departments adhere to record keeping and retention policies and procedures. • Monitor employee engagement and manage employee timesheets. • Utilize your skills in Human Resources (HR) Administration to ensure smooth operation of the HR department. • Verify benefits and ensure they align with company policies and regulations. • Handle payroll for a significant number of employees (ranging between 101 to 500).
