HR Generalist
Description We are on the lookout for a diligent HR Generalist to become a part of our team in Benton Harbor, Michigan. The HR Generalist will be tasked with managing various aspects of human resources, ranging from employee relations to compliance issues, and from benefit functions to full cycle recruiting. Responsibilities: • Handle employee relations and provide appropriate solutions for problems • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires • Implement and manage benefit functions • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and company policies • Carry out full cycle recruiting, from job posting to candidate selection • Use ADP Workforce Now and other HR tools for various HR functions • Conduct employee relations investigations when necessary • Provide counseling and support to employees as needed • Manage FMLA and ADA accommodations • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using ATS. Requirements • Proficiency in Benefit Functions to ensure effective management of employee benefits programs • Strong Communication skills to facilitate clear and effective interaction across all levels of the organization • Knowledge of Compliance rules and regulations to maintain adherence to legal standards and in-house policies • Capabilities in Employee Relations to foster a positive work environment and handle any arising issues • Understanding of FMLA regulations to ensure fair and legal management of leave and absences • Experience in Full Cycle Recruiting, overseeing the recruitment process from start to finish • Familiarity with Adagio Accounting Suite to effectively manage financial records and processes • Understanding of ADA Accommodations to ensure the organization meets all necessary requirements for employee support • Skills in providing necessary support and guidance in a detail oriented setting • Experience in Employee Relations Investigations to ensure fair and thorough resolution of employee issues • Proficiency in Onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
