Job scope
Provide HR support to the department and field operationsEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with all departments, field operators, and Tacala vendorsMeet standards set by Tacala for all areas of responsibility
Core Responsibilities
Performs general administrative functions including, but not limited to, maintaining employee files, document retention, report generation, processing changes to employee records in HRIS/ATS systems, completing logs and checklists, processing required forms and worksheets, and maintaining HR data, forms, and documentsField calls and emails from various employees and customers and support their HR needs or direct to appropriate HR/LP PartnerProactively and willingly adapt to changing business needs and conditions and present creative and fresh ideas on how to solve problems, gain efficiencies, and improve qualityWork independently to resolve issues and provide solutionsMaintain a high level of confidentiality with information obtained throughout work environmentJob Qualifications/Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management, and presentationsAbility to understand the laws and regulations such as labor laws, ADA, EEOC, etc.Ability to effectively communicate with employees and customers in difficult situationsAbove average written and verbal communication skillsShould be committed to diversity, inclusivity, and equality in company cultureThis is not an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities for this role.
