Our client, a financial services firm, is seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to manage a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, benefits, performance management, and compliance. You will collaborate closely with both employees and management to foster a positive work environment and ensure smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to hiring, and lead new employee orientation.Performance Management: Support performance reviews, goal setting, and coaching.Compensation & Benefits: Administer employee benefits programs and assist with payroll and compensation inquiries.Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws and help develop/uphold HR policies.Training & Development: Organize training programs and professional development opportunities.HR Reporting: Maintain records and generate reports on key HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, etc.).

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.4+ years of HR experience with recruitment experience preferred.Strong knowledge of HR best practices/policy and labor laws.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS.SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred.
