Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will play a key role in managing daily HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting employees in various HR-related matters. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a thorough understanding of HR best practices.
ResponsibilitiesAssist in talent acquisition, job posting, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding programs.Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, fostering a positive work environment and resolving conflicts when necessary.Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, updating and implementing HR procedures as needed.Support payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and address employee compensation concerns.Assist in performance evaluations, training programs, and career development initiatives.Maintain and update employee records, generate HR reports, and track key HR metrics.Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.Promote health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with workplace regulations.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of HR experience in a similar role.Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with human resources, leave of absence, workers' compensation, ADP, and Workday.Work Environment
Hybrid work model with 2 days on-site and 3 days remote. Smaller team environment with about 3 other HR team members.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
