Job Description
Implements Human Resources programs, policies, practices, and processes. Partners with the business to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives, creating strategic directions for HR products and services. Develops integrated HR initiatives and solutions to advance organizational objectives in areas such as leadership selection, performance management, team effectiveness, and compensation. Resolves HR issues, conducts employee investigations, and supports the HR Service Center on a wide range of employee inquiries and concerns.
ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the HR team (benefits, talent acquisition, compensation, and training) to provide operational support for the launch of programs, deadlines, projects, and day-to-day activities (e.g., internship program, performance support, employee movement, employee coaching, site-visits, engagement events, etc.).Effectively utilize various forms of media to develop engaging presentations that capture the audience's attention and ensure clear understanding and retention of key business updates.Lead and facilitate department-wide weekly and monthly meetings with confidence and clarity.Provide administrative support (e.g., answering group inboxes, hands-on support for on-site employees, exit interviews, engagement surveys, meeting notes, and recaps).Partner with leadership to provide guidance, leadership development, and sound advice on both strategy and day-to-day people operations.Value and consider the perspectives and backgrounds of all parties.Have a deep understanding of how the business and organization operate; knowledgeable of policies, practices, trends (internal/external), and events affecting the business and organization.Work Environment
This is a full-time onsite position with working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.84 - $28.84/hr.
