Description We are offering an exciting opportunity with a client in Cleveland, Ohio, for an HR Generalist to join their team. This role is centered within the industry, where you will be managing HR duties. Your tasks will include handling onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and recruiting. You will also be responsible for addressing compensation and benefit related queries, maintaining HR compliance, and providing support in payroll processing. Responsibilities: • Overseeing the entire onboarding process for new employees • Managing performance evaluations and coordinating employee development plans • Facilitating employee relations and addressing any issues that may arise • Taking charge of recruitment processes • Answering all queries related to compensation and benefits • Ensuring HR compliance with industry regulations and standards • Assisting with 401k management and related tasks • Acting as a backup for payroll processing when needed • Communicating effectively with all levels of the organization • Utilizing knowledge of benefit functions to guide employees. Requirements • HR Certifications or Degree a plus • Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong understanding of Compliance, with the ability to ensure all HR policies and procedures meet legal requirements.
