HR Generalist
Description We are looking for a HR Generalist to join our team in Carrollton, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including payroll processing, recruitment, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, and employee relations. Responsibilities: • Handle all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and legal requirements. • Assist with the recruitment process, including publishing job postings, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new hires. • Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and issues related to policies, benefits, payroll, and other HR matters. • Ensure company policies and procedures are in line with local, state, and federal labor laws. • Administer employee benefits programs, including coordinating open enrollment periods and addressing employee inquiries related to benefits. • Assist with performance review processes, including the timely completion of appraisals and tracking of employee performance metrics. • Help organize training programs to ensure employees have access to necessary learning and development opportunities. • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on HR activities, payroll, and benefits as requested by management. Requirements • Bachelor's degree preferred • Bilingual ( English/ Spanish) required • Proven experience in Benefit Functions, with the ability to design, plan, and implement employee benefits programs. • Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. • Demonstrated knowledge of Compliance, ensuring that all HR policies and procedures adhere to local and federal laws and regulations. • Proficiency in managing Employee Relations, fostering a positive work environment that promotes employee morale and productivity. • Solid understanding and application of FMLA guidelines, ensuring the accurate administration of leave benefits. • Experience with UKG Pro HR software, utilizing it efficiently for various HR tasks and operations. • Proven ability to conduct Employee Relations Investigations, identifying and resolving workplace issues in a fair and timely manner.
