HR Generalist
Description Position Overview: As an HR Generalist at [Company Name], you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance. You will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring HR best practices are implemented across the organization. Requirements Key Responsibilities: + Support the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assisting with onboarding new employees. + Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits. + Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. + Address employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to both employees and management. + Conduct training and development sessions as needed to promote a positive and productive work environment. + Support performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and performance improvement plans. + Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. + Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation. + Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. + 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role (or similar HR experience). + Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices. + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. + Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity. + Strong organizational and time management skills. + Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS software. + PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus but not required.
