Job Title: HR Generalist

We are looking to hire an HR Generalist to handle the entertainment side of the business.

We seek someone with experience managing new hires and a variety of general (day-to-day) HR items.

ResponsibilitiesOnboard new hires, especially during the busy summer season when up to 30 employees may be onboarded weekly.Handle employee relations issues at GreatHorse and Sonny's Place after gaining experience.Serve as the face of HR for these two facilities, ensuring professionalism and compliance.Essential Skills2+ years of general HR experienceExperience with onboarding paperwork and processingEmployee relations experiencePay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $31.00/hr.
