Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an HR Generalist in Marietta, Georgia. This role primarily involves facilitating effective HR operations and communication within our diverse workforce. As an HR Generalist, your role will encompass a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and more, while ensuring clear communication with all staff members.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate clear and accurate HR communications, addressing any employee concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
• Take an active role in the recruitment process, including the creation of job postings, conducting interviews, and supporting the onboarding activities of new employees.
• Assist in the organization and delivery of training programs, making sure that all materials are accessible to all employees.
• Communicate and administer employee benefits programs, answering employee queries and assisting with enrollment.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, managing and maintaining accurate employee records, and assist with HR audits.
• Provide support with payroll-related inquiries and ensure accuracy in processing payroll.
• Support the implementation and enforcement of company policies, procedures, and best practices, informing all employees in both languages.
• Help create initiatives and activities that foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture for all employees. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is mandatory
• Must have hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is required
• Candidate should be familiar with Ceridian
• Proficiency in using Dayforce is essential
• Must be capable of handling Benefit Functions
• Excellent Communication skills are necessary
• Should have a strong understanding of Compliance procedures
• Experience in managing Employee Relations is required
• Familiarity with Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) is crucial TalentMatch®
