Responsibilities
· Support HR initiatives and projects
· Implement HR programs within assigned businesses
· Ensure quality onboarding experience
· Coach managers, create and execute talent initiatives
· Collaborates with local and national HR teams to implement policy updates, process improvements, streamline onboarding practices and provide improved training programs.
· Analyzes and resolves complex employee relations issues
· Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations and recommends action plans
· Make recommendations to improve operational efficiency
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or other relevant field
· 2 years HR Generalist/Consultant experience with diverse employee population and strong employee relations experience
· MS Office and HRIS proficiency (PeopleSoft or Workday preferred)
· Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills
· Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail.
· Highly collaborative with clients and co-workers. Strong interpersonal skills.
· Reliable knowledge of State and Federal employment law
· Experience in real estate, property management or professional services, a plus
· Willing to travel
· Excellent oral and written communication capabilities
· Superior relationship skills
· Coaching and dispute resolution skills
· Facilitation skills to execute training
· Strong business acumen
Physical Requirements
· Involves work of a general office nature; typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day
· May involve periods of standing, such as operating at a copier/fax/scanner
· Involves movement between departments, floors, and properties to facilitate work
· Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type
· Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you
· Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented orally and in writing
· Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing and orally so others will understand
· Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, and computer displays

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
