HR Generalist

Description We are in search of an HR Generalist to join our team based in New York. In this role, you will primarily focus on payroll processing, data entry, and benefits administration. This position also involves updating the HRIS system and assisting with recruitment efforts.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately run payroll and enter data related to it
• Add and modify benefits manually as and when required
• Update the HRIS system on a regular basis
• Assist in recruitment efforts to expand the team
• Handle employee relations and maintain compliance
• Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for efficient payroll processing
• Use Ceridian and Dayforce for effective management of benefit functions
• Ensure effective communication within the team and other departments
• Handle FMLA related queries and issues that may arise. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required
• Must be adept at using ADP Workforce Now
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is a must
• Demonstrable skills in Ceridian are necessary
• Proficiency in Dayforce is required
• Must have an understanding of Benefit Functions
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• Compliance knowledge and experience is a must
• Experience in handling Employee Relations is necessary
• Knowledge of FMLA regulations is required TalentMatch®
