What are we looking for?   We seek a detail-oriented and proactive People Generalist to join our People Team. This role is key to supporting our employees and ensuring smooth HR operations. From onboarding new hires to managing HR systems and benefits, you will be the go-to person for HR administrative tasks.   What will you do? Onboarding & Offboarding: Handle all paperwork, system entries, and first-day preparations to ensure a seamless experience for new hires. HR Systems & Data Management: Maintain and update employee records in Workday (WD) to ensure accuracy and compliance. Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and vendor communication. HR Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and process contracts, amendments, and other HR-related documents while ensuring legal compliance. Employee Support: Provide guidance on policies and procedures and be the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries. Reporting & HR Metrics: Support HR reporting needs by maintaining and tracking key data points. What skills and knowledge should you bring?: Experience in HR administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Workday (or other HRIS systems) is a plus. Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. A team player who enjoys working in a dynamic, people-focused environment.
