HR Generalist

Description
The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company. This position offers a great variety of tasks, requiring a flexible and adaptable individual who enjoys tackling different challenges. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide administrative support to various departments, including HR, finance, and operations.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as local and federal regulations.
+ Assist with recruiting efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
+ Support onboarding and training new employees.
+ Assist in maintaining employee records and other HR-related documentation.
+ Help with processing payroll, benefits administration, and other HR tasks.
+ Support operational projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
+ PHR, SHRM-CP, or other HR certifications are preferred.
+ 5+ years of HR experience, specializing in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance across multiple states.
+ In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws.
+ Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems.
+ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating across all levels.
+ Self-driven, with the ability to manage tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
+ Discretion and confidentiality handling sensitive employee information.
