Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a HR Generalist in the manufacturing industry, based in Monroe, Wisconsin. The HR Generalist will be expected to manage and optimize our ADP Workforce Now system, ensure compliance with employment laws, and foster positive employee relations. Responsibilities: • Manage and optimize the functionality of the ADP Workforce Now system • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations • Foster and nurture positive employee relations • Utilize the ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient and effective data transfer • Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills • Oversee and manage Benefit Functions within the organization • Handle FMLA related queries and processes, ensuring legal compliance and employee satisfaction • Carry out other ad-hoc duties as required within the HR department. Requirements • Must possess proficiency in ADP - Financial Services, which includes managing financial data and generating reports. • Should be experienced in using ADP Workforce Now for efficient HR management tasks. • Needs to have knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for effective data transfer. • Ceridian software knowledge is essential for managing HR duties including payroll, benefits, and workforce management. • Familiarity with Dayforce for employee management and real-time access to data is required. • Expected to have a sound understanding of Benefit Functions to manage employee benefits effectively. • Strong Communication skills are necessary to interact with employees and management. • Compliance knowledge is crucial to ensure company policies align with federal and state laws. • Must be able to manage Employee Relations effectively, which includes resolving disputes and promoting a positive work environment. • Familiarity with the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) is required to manage employee leaves and absences effectively.
