Description We are working with a client who is seeking an interim HR Generalist who is located in Blaine, Minnesota. In this role, the consultant will be tasked with establishing HR functions, carrying out routine HR tasks, and assisting with the recruitment process in an underwriting firm. This role offers a hybrid work model. Responsibilities: • Establish and manage basic HR functions • Regularly perform HR tasks and transactions • Assist in the recruitment process and collaborate with hiring managers • Onboard new employees and verify Form I-9 • Conduct employee benefits overview • Process bi-monthly payroll for workforce of under 50 employees • Utilize Paylocity for payroll processing and Microsoft Suite • Apply problem-solving skills to resolve HR-related issues • Maintain effective communication within the team and the organization • Administer HR compliance and employee relations • Use previous experience in a stoploss or risk management insurance company to perform tasks efficiently Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a similar role as an HR Generalist • Proficient understanding and execution of Benefit Functions • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written • Demonstrated expertise in Compliance and Employee Relations • Previous experience in using Paylocity is essential • Must have experience in Payroll • Proficient in Human Resources (HR) tasks and processes Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
