Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an HR Generalist in SAINT CHARLES, Missouri. As an HR Generalist, you will be working in the Financial Services industry, using tools such as ADP Workforce Now and ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode. Responsibilities: • Implement and monitor compliance with HR policies and regulations • Facilitate employee relations and address any employee concerns or issues • Manage employee benefits functions and ensure accuracy in all related tasks • Utilize Ceridian and Dayforce for HR management tasks • Handle all aspects related to FMLA administration • Communicate effectively with all levels within the organization • Utilize Paylocity for payroll and HR functions • Regularly update and maintain HR records and documents • Oversee the Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) operations • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all tasks.
