Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a HR Generalist in Hilmar, California. As a HR Generalist, your main role will be to manage the various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. You will also be responsible for training, performance management, and maintaining accurate employee records. Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries and ensure they are addressed promptly and effectively. • Coordinate and oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing talent and guiding new hires through the onboarding process. • Develop, implement, and educate employees on company policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. • Work closely with leadership to administer employee evaluations, set performance goals, and implement improvement plans when necessary. • Coordinate training efforts to enhance employee skills and career development. • Assist in payroll processing and help employees with benefit selections or questions. • Maintain accurate employee records and analyze HR data to provide insights for leadership. • Employ your knowledge of HR software and systems such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, Dayforce, and Benefit Functions to carry out your tasks. • Use your strong interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with employees at all levels. • Ensure compliance and address any employee relations issues with your proven problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
