Olsten Staffing is currently recruiting for Human Resource Generalist located in Hartsville, South Carolina. We are looking for an experienced Human Reource Generalist to support and enhace the HR functions at a company located in Hartsville, SC. This individual will be responsible for a variety of HR tasks, including but limited to recruitment,employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management.The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of HR processes, and a passion for helping employees succeed. **Key Responsibilities** : + Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring. + Manage employee onboarding, including completing paperwork, benefits enrollment, and orientation sessions. + Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR inquiries, benefits, policies, and procedures. + Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits. + Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. + Assist with employee relations, including addressing concerns and providing guidance on conflict resolution. + Support performance management processes, including appraisals, coaching, and feedback sessions. + Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System). + Assist with payroll processing and other administrative HR tasks as needed. **Qualifications** : + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. + Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or related role. + Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
