HR Generalist

Description We are in search of a HR Generalist for our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a HR Generalist, you are expected to handle employee relations, engagement activities, and HR metrics. You'll also be involved in coaching, mentoring, and ensuring up-to-date training for employees. This role also requires administration of HR policies and procedures, talent acquisition, and on-boarding. You will also support retention efforts and health and safety initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Handle employee relations and conduct necessary investigations
• Organize employee engagement activities to boost morale and productivity
• Compile data and report HR metrics on a weekly and monthly basis
• Coach and mentor both leadership and employees to foster a positive work environment
• Ensure up-to-date training for all employees
• Administer HR Policies & Procedures to maintain compliance and standards
• Manage talent acquisition processes to attract and retain individuals with experience in the required fields
• Facilitate the on-boarding process for new hires
• Support retention efforts through stay interviews
• Assist in implementing Environmental Health and Safety initiatives
• Contribute to the administration of Company Salary and Benefits Program
• Support the annual performance review process
• Collaborate with business partners on succession planning
• Oversee Human Resources operations with 3 direct reports
• Utilize SAP and Taleo software for HR functions. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is necessary
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is crucial
• Must be familiar with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Knowledge of Ceridian is required
• Experience with Dayforce is a must
• Understanding and management of Benefit Functions is necessary
• Excellent Communication skills are essential
• Compliance knowledge and experience is required
• Must have strong skills in Employee Relations
• Experience with FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) is essential TalentMatch®
