Job Title: HR Generalist

Job Overview:
The HR Generalist role is a dynamic position responsible for overseeing various human resources functions essential to the smooth operation of the office. This role involves employee relations, recruitment, compliance, benefits administration, and general office management. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR within a logistics or manufacturing environment, demonstrating strong employee relations skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Top 3 Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.

Experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment.

Strong background in employee relations and conflict resolution.

Essential Functions:

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new hires.

Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies while maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.

Identify training needs, coordinate training sessions, and support employee development initiatives.

Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting organization.

Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory, coordinating replacements with vendors as needed.

Organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities.

Ensure the office and facilities are well-maintained by coordinating repairs and maintenance with external vendors.

Implement and enforce workplace health and safety policies and procedures.

Optimize office layout and space utilization to enhance productivity and comfort.

Develop and implement emergency response plans and ensure safety equipment remains up to date.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 2-3 years of HR experience.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR management software.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
