Description We are in search of an HR Generalist to join our team based in Agoura Hills, California. In your role as an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for a variety of functions including recruitment, onboarding, and administrative tasks. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Undertake recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates • Oversee the onboarding process, facilitating new permanent orientation and assisting with training and integration • Coordinate hiring processes and liaise with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs • Maintain up-to-date employee records • Support benefits administration and process HR documentation • Assist with compliance measures and policy enforcement • Employ communication skills to foster positive employee relations • Utilize tools such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, and Dayforce for various HR functions • Handle issues related to Benefit Functions and FMLA.
