About the Role:
We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Generalist to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Elizabethtown, KY. This role will support HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations while fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for plant employees. Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace environment. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies. Administer benefits, payroll processing, and HRIS updates. Support performance management and employee development initiatives. Coordinate safety programs and assist with workers’ compensation claims. Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports. Partner with leadership to drive HR strategies that align with business goals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred. Knowledge of employment laws, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, and workers’ compensation. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
