HR Generalist
Job Description Our client, the industry leader in parking systems and technology, is looking for an HR Generalist to work with their Director of HR to support all functions of human resources. This includes recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, managing leave of absence programs, employee training, development, and engagement initiatives, overseeing workers compensation, providing support for performance management, documenting and enforcing company policies and procedures, and supporting payroll and benefits administration. Our client has 20 branches location across the country with a large hourly employee work force. They will maintain employment related records ensuring that information is up to date and in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations across these 20 branches. Much of the recruiting efforts will pertain to field technicians along with handling their onboarding, introductory calls, and performance reviews. They're looking for someone who acts with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information. Skills and Requirements - Two years of human resource experience - Bachelors degree in human resources, SHRM-CP or related education/experience - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Experience with compliance in multiple states.
