Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Global HR.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
Own the end-to-end payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, LTD/STD, and 401(k) plans.Manage open enrollment and communicate benefits options to employees.Handle payroll and benefits-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.HR Operations & Compliance:
Maintain employee records in ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and company policies.Assist with the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations, preparing necessary compliance reports, such as EEO-1, ACA, and others.Employee Relations & Support:
Serve as a primary point of contact for employees on HR-related issues.Provide guidance on company policies, benefits, payroll, and other HR concerns.Support employee relations and resolve conflicts, fostering a positive workplace environment.Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now is required; ability to quickly learn new systems as needed.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.A minimum of three years of experience in an HR Generalist role.At least three years of hands-on experience processing payroll using ADP Workforce Now.PHR and/or SHRM-CP certification is preferred, but not required.What We Offer:
