Description We are on the lookout for a dedicated HR Generalist in Port Richey, Florida. In this role, you will primarily focus on recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement, along with a variety of other HR-related tasks. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR operations. Responsibilities: • Spearheading the recruitment process while gradually increasing the volume of open requisitions • Assisting employees by addressing and resolving their benefits-related queries • Contributing to the implementation of automated HR systems and providing necessary training and support to the team • Promoting a positive work environment through effective employee relations, including resolving issues, answering questions, and handling disciplinary actions • Participating in ad hoc HR projects, such as revamping the onboarding process for all locations • Collaborating with the local management team to provide updates on facility-related matters, including safety and turnover Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role • Proficiency in ADP • Expertise in Benefit Functions • Strong understanding and experience in Compliance matters • Excellent skills in Employee Relations • Knowledge of OSHA Safety regulations and procedures Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
