HR Generalist

Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a HR Generalist in the Healthcare industry, located in Manassas, Virginia, 20110, United States. In this onsite role, you will be responsible for a range of duties including full-cycle recruiting, benefits administration, and occasional assistance with payroll.
Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including job posting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
• Oversee benefits administration to ensure employee satisfaction and compliance
• Assist with payroll functions as needed to ensure accurate and timely compensation
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for detail oriented recruitment
• Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to solve problems and meet deadlines
• Collaborate with department supervisors to develop long-term job projections
• Contribute to the development of HR department goals and objectives
• Conduct audits of HR programs including payroll and benefits, recommending corrective actions as necessary
• Serve as an expert for recruiting candidates within an assigned territory
• Use HRIS and other software for efficient HR administration and management. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR role within the Healthcare/NHS industry
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now is essential
• Demonstrable experience in managing Benefit Functions
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven ability to ensure Compliance in all HR policies and procedures
• Solid experience in Employee Relations
• Familiarity with FMLA guidelines and procedures
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration is essential
• Understanding of Human Resources Management System is required
• Ability to use human resources software effectively
• Experience with HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems is a must
• Proven track record in Benefits Administration
• Previous experience in Corporate Recruiting is required
• Must have experience with Full Cycle Recruiting
• Proficiency in ADP - Payroll is essential TalentMatch®
