Description We are looking for a diligent HR Generalist in Hendersonville, Tennessee, 37075, United States. As an HR Generalist, you will be a crucial part of our team, focusing on employee relations, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and HR data analysis. Your role will also involve supporting new hires, conducting exit interviews, enhancing organizational engagement programs, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary contact for employees, providing guidance, support, and listening to their needs.
• Manage and resolve workplace disagreements, coaching managers and employees towards harmonious relationships.
• Accurately interpret and explain company policies to employees.
• Monitor and analyze employee relations metrics to identify trends and predict potential workplace issues.
• Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, helping them transition seamlessly into their roles.
• Conduct exit interviews and surveys, utilizing the feedback to implement strategies for company improvement and retention.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to enhance engagement programs, contributing to a positive and welcoming work environment.
• Ensure all employee relations activities are in compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Utilize your expertise in Benefit Functions, Communication, Compliance, Employee Relations, FMLA, Paylocity, Labor Employee Relations, Employee Relations Investigations, Timekeeping System. Requirements • Candidate must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
• Proficiency in Benefit Functions is required.
• Strong Communication skills are essential to perform this role effectively.
• Must have a good understanding of Compliance rules and regulations in HR.
• Experience in managing Employee Relations is a must.
• Knowledge and experience in handling FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) cases is required.
• Familiarity with the Paylocity platform is necessary.
• Experience in Labor Employee Relations is crucial for this role.
• The ability to conduct Employee Relations Investigations effectively is required.
• Proficiency in using Timekeeping Systems is essential for this role.
