Description We are set on bringing in an HR Generalist for our team based in Kansas City, Missouri, United States. In this role, you will be focusing on various aspects of human resources including employee relations, labor law compliance, benefits administration, and hiring processes. This role is within the industry, offering an exciting opportunity. Responsibilities • Utilize HRIS software for various HR functions • Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding benefits • Ensure adherence to federal and state labor laws and regulations • Employ strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships within the organization • Leverage problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to address and mitigate employee issues • Use HR software and Microsoft Office Suite proficiently for day-to-day tasks • Handle recruiting and hiring processes, ensuring a smooth experience for potential employees • Engage in employee relations activities to foster a positive work environment • Conduct compliance audits and implement corrective measures where necessary • Use Ceridian and HCM for managing benefit functions.
