HR Generalist

We are looking for an experienced and adaptable HR Generalist to join our team in the Twin Cities, MN! Key Responsibilities: + Act as the first point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related inquiries. + Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and compliance. + Support the recruitment process by conducting interviews, managing job postings, and onboarding new hires. + Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with enrolling, updating, or troubleshooting their benefits. + Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. + Handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and professionalism while maintaining accurate HR records. + Collaborate with leadership to implement HR initiatives, such as performance management programs and career development opportunities. + Identify areas for process improvement and recommend best practices to streamline HR workflows. + Lead or support employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and recognition initiatives. Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required. + 3+ years of experience in an HR-related role, with generalist experience preferred. + In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, or Paycom). + Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to support employees at all organizational levels. + Organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Professional certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are a plus. + Willingness to work fully on-site in the Twin Cities area.
