Description HR Generalist Direct-Hire / Permanent position Robert Half contact: Drew.Schroll@RobertHalf com. *Fully onsite role, 5 days per week in office* Robert Half has partnered with a large, established, privately-held organization in their search of adding an HR Generalist to their growing HR Department. Reporting to the HR Supervisor, as an HR Generalist you will have your hands in coordinating employee engagement activities, employee relations, performance management, recruiting and onboarding new-hires, and general HR reporting. Responsibilities: • Foster a positive environment through effective employee relations • Actively participate in the recruitment process to ensure the hiring of appropriate talent • Uphold compliance to all relevant regulations and policies • Engage in activities that enhance employee engagement • Ensure accurate maintenance of all HR related documentation and records • Respond to HR related inquiries promptly and professionally • Facilitate and monitor various employee programs and company policies.
