Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a HR Generalist in a location in Maryland. As a HR Generalist, you'll be responsible for handling employee relations, making election changes, managing the onboarding process, and the open enrollment process. Your role will also include assisting with other duties as assigned. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage all aspects of the onboarding process for new employees • Handle and address employee relations issues effectively • Monitor and make necessary election changes • Manage the open enrollment process for employees • Assist with other miscellaneous duties as needed • Ensure compliance with all HR related regulations • Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for HR-related tasks • Apply ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, and Dayforce for various HR functions • Oversee Benefit Functions to ensure employee satisfaction • Maintain effective Communication with all levels of the organization.
