Summary: The HR Generalist will operate as a hands-on Business Partner (HRBP) and will work closely with assigned department managers and employees to anticipate and support all HR-related needs. The ability to build and foster relationships, influence and impact change are critical to this role. As an HR Generalist you will have a proven skill set of supporting all functional areas of HR. You must be highly detail oriented and capable of efficiently and effectively managing data, while participating in a quality, proactive spirit of viewing the HR team and employees as an internal customer group.

Ability to work closely with line managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retentionProvides guidance and coaching on HR policies and procedures to hiring managers Partners with managers and supervisors to identify and implement recruitment strategies to accomplish our goal of recruiting quality talentGeneral HR program/policy development, administration, and complianceEmployee hiring, onboarding, termination, and records maintenancePrepares Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations in support of HR-related business analyticsTakes the lead with special projects, as neededAs part of our team, you will focus on nurturing what already makes us great, while helping to differentiate us in the competition for talent. High School diploma or equivalent.One (1) or more years of specific experience supporting aspects of HRProven and intermediate excel and data analytics skillsDemonstrated history of managing details with excellence, while keeping the bigger picture and overarching goals in mind.Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and organization skillsAbility to work both collaboratively and independently, as required.Excellent communication skills to submit ideas, proposals, and decisions (in writing and orally) in a professional and effective manner.Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or other relevant and related discipline is preferredMotivated self-starter capable of performing with minimal supervision Familiar with oilfield terminology and operationsRelocation:
