HR Generalist

Position Summary:

The HR Generalist will serve as a strategic partner to business operations, ensuring that HR initiatives are fully aligned with company objectives. This role oversees critical HR functions, including employee relations, labor relations, talent management, compliance, and training. Ideal candidates will have a solid HR foundation, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to foster collaboration across departments. We are looking for an ambitious professional who is eager to take on challenges and ready to step into a Manager 1 role.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a strategic business partner by providing HR support to operations and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Oversee and manage core HR functions, including:Employee relations and labor relations.Talent management and workforce planning.Compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations.Employee training and professional development programs.Collaborate with other departments to drive HR objectives and support business growth.Manage and mentor a team of 4 direct reports, fostering their professional development.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Comprehensive knowledge of core HR functions, including:Employee relations.Onboarding and recruitment.Payroll and HR administration.Proven experience as an HR Generalist in organizations with 300+ employees.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges.Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.

Additional Qualifications:

A solid HR foundation, with prior generalist experience.Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Passion for aligning HR strategies with business goals.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.67 - $52.88/hr.
