Let Volt Help You Move Forward\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nVolt is immediately hiring for an HR Generalist in Kennesaw, GA\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nAs an HR Generalist, you will:\r\n\r\n\r\n\t\r\n\tProcess and manage DoD security clearance requests, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tLiaise with government agencies and employees to facilitate the clearance process.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tMaintain confidential and detailed records of security clearances and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tProvide support in addressing employee inquiries and concerns, acting as a point of contact for HR-related issues.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tAssist in the resolution of employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and recommending appropriate actions.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tFoster a positive employee relations climate by promoting open communication and trust.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tSupport conflict resolution initiatives and provide mediation services as needed.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tDevelop and implement programs to improve employee engagement and job satisfaction.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tEnsure adherence to company policies and procedures and provide guidance to managers and employees on policy interpretation.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tTrack and analyze employee relations trends and provide recommendations for improvement.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tProvide support in developing performance improvement plans.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tHandle employee data management, including entry and maintenance in IMS system, and generate reports as needed.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tProvide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports, and presentations.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tCollaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective HR service delivery across the organization.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tManage HR communications, including distributing company announcements and updates, and maintaining HR content on the intranet.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tSupport the HR department in various projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and effective completion.\r\n\t\r\n\r\n\r\nThis is a Full Time opportunity.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nSchedule: \r\n\r\nNormal Business Hours - Monday - Friday \r\n\r\nThe ideal candidate will have: \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n\r\n\t\r\n\tBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tMinimum of 3-5 years of HR experience.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tExperience with DoD security clearance processes is highly desirable.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tStrong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tHigh level of confidentiality and integrity.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tProficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tStrong organizational and time management skills.\r\n\t\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nPay Rate: $35.00 - $38.00 /Hourly \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nQualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
