As a HR Generalist you will primarly focus on designing and implementing training and development programs, along with a variety of other human resource programs. Additionally, you will anticipate and plan for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management. Responsibilities are within the Human Resources Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines.
Major Position Responsibilities Supports the organization by implementing and administering human resources programs or policies. Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, which may include recruiting and staffing, administration of compensation and benefits programs, training and development, employee or labor relations, and affirmative action/equal employment opportunity compliance. Completes personnel transactions and maintains associated records. Collects and analyzes internal and external information in order to compare the organizations HR practices to those prevailing in the market. Ensures compliance with applicable labor laws or regulations.
Additional Responsibilities
Perform full cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, obtaining feedback, negotiating offers, and pre-employment paperwork and compliance across multiple business lines and geographies within the United States.May complete data entry of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, benefits, and terminations.Assists with process change implementation and testing, and reviews changes to ensure they result in measurable organizational improvement. Lead onboarding initiaives and new hire processes.

Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 0-3 years' experience or Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience

Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Critical professional related technical skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred education and experience: Bachelor's DegreeDiscipline/Major: Human Resources or Business Management degree preferred.Knowledge, skills & abilities: Knowledge using direct sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pooling and industry relevant job boards. Ability to quickly learn an applicant tracking system. Manufacturing industry background is desired but not requried.
Physical Demands
Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time. Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
Travel Requirements
