In this position, you will be part of a global team performing HR-related duties on a professional level in support of our Miami location. As a member of our Global HR Team, you will focus on working as an onsite “HR department of one” and be responsible for our Miami site's recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, Training and Development, and employment law compliance. You will also work closely with corporate HR staff to administer site needs regarding benefits administration, payroll, and HRIS.

The Job
Address basic employee relations issues, such as policy questions and general HR procedures, referring more complex issues (such as harassment allegations and working conditions complaints) to senior HR personnel.Conduct recruitment effort for all personnel needs for site, to include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, extending contingent offers, generating offer documentation, completing pre-employment screenings, and completing post-hire processing, as well as maintaining ADP recruitment module.Develop a general understanding of all Specialty areas and be able to address general employee questions and/or resolve basic issues, referring more complex issues to the HR team member assigned that Specialty.Participate in employee counseling sessions regarding policy violations and career development.Participate in meetings to advise supervisors/managers regarding employee performance issues and policy interpretations.Requirements
