Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist II to join our team. This role involves consulting and coaching managers on talent and performance management, handling employee relations, and managing HR cases. You will be responsible for ensuring a positive and productive work environment by addressing employee concerns and providing HR support.

ResponsibilitiesManage case work and support manager outreach for HR assistance.Handle employee relations, including conducting investigations.Administer employee benefits.Triaging ad-hoc HR cases.Manage 5-10 cases per day on average with full ownership.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in HR or related field.2-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or related position.Experience consulting and coaching managers on talent and performance management.Proficiency in handling employee relations and conducting investigations.Proficient in Microsoft suite and people management systems (e.g., Clarity, Quick Sight).Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong organizational and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Work Environment

This position requires onsite work 5 days per week at our facility in Seattle (South Lake Union) or at JFK27 in New York. The role offers a challenging environment that will help you grow and develop, with potential for extension or conversion.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00
