HR Generalist II
**Job Description:** Human Resources Partners (HRP) provides front-line human resources support to individual contributors and/or managers in one or more organizations. They provide leadership in the implementation, development, and execution of HR related policies, programs, and guidelines. The HRP is a culture keeper for client’s Leadership Principles and actively works in promoting them in all interactions; they apply knowledge of the business and understanding of objectives to successfully influence and partner with other groups around the company (legal, recruiting, builder relations) to advocate for employee needs. They are consistent in their approach and skilled at Earning Trust with internal customers and stakeholders by consulting with employees and managers to address root causes of issues and address employee and labor relations issues with a systematic approach. They coach managers of all levels to increase their capability as managers and as leaders. Key skills and abilities of ideal HRP candidates include coaching, consulting, facilitation, influencing, communication, analysis, Builder engagement, risk evaluation, empathy, problem solving, and high judgement. + May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. + Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. + Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. + Performs a variety of tasks. + Works under general supervision; typically reports to a manager. + A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. **Roles and Responsibilities:** + Responsible for nearly 800 employees, plus ~100 managers + Providing general HR coverage and support + Help them with performance management (improvement plans), take care of day-to-day HR issues (compensation, benefits, payroll), investigations, writing reports, reviewing data + MS Office + Using HR information systems, Excel reporting + HR case tracking system + Respond to email and instant messages + Communication virtually, in-person with team, some stakeholders + Supporting NA employees + Must attend virtual meetings on video + Attend weekly team meetings and any HR team meetings and broader. + There will be meetings specific to the client group they will be assigned to. + They will be interacting with HR professionals. + Team is across the US. Their peers will be in different time zones + A collaborative culture. A lot of virtual interaction. + Fast paced environment and are constantly evolving. + Conduct complex workplace investigations with significant autonomy + Exercise high-judgement, manage through ambiguity and serve as first point of escalation for other HR teammates and employee concerns **Required** : + Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field + willing to consider advanced degree with strong industry experience **Preferred** : + 5+ years HR experience + Preferred Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or Psychology + Fast paced environment, tech companies + Retail/generalist roles + Performance or talent management, consultations, investigations. **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
