Job Description An Insight Global client near Lafayette, LA is looking to hire a level three HR Generalist. This company is building a new manufacturing plant in the area and this person would be on a team of three HR professionals to ensure company HR standards and procedures are implemented at the new facility. In addition this person would be responsible for providing guidance on benefits, payroll, and other HR related issues. Other responsibilities include administering onboarding, offboarding, leave cases and employment status changes. This is a permanent, full-time position that can pay between $65,000 to $90,000 annually. Exact compensation may change based on experience or education.
