Apply now for the position of HR Generalist Intern, and you will support our HR Business Partners in various HR activities.

Your role:

You will support in the administrative activities related to internal training.You will contribute in the updating of the company policies (e.g., travel policy, car policy, incentives, etc.) and HR templates (e.g., selection and hiring documentation) You will analyze of internal surveys data and monthly reporting. You will plan the internal communications and HR organizational announcement.You will collaborate in the preparation of the Team/Management presentations.

Your expertise:

Bachelor's/Master’s degree in economics, Management/Human Resources Specializations or similar.Fluency in English (written, spoken and comprehension)Excellent knowledge of the full Microsoft Office 365 package including traditional apps (like Excel, Power Point) and new apps (like Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)Curiosity and continuous openness to learn, dynamic with proactive approach. Good team player, collaborative problem solver and respectful of diversity, Analytical skills, high context sensitivity and ability to adapt to different situations. Ability to interact at local as at international level. Ability to create PPT presentations that are attractive and innovative. Ability to support project planning and organization, with a structured approach and a focus on operational execution.
