Description We are in search of an HR Generalist (Operations) to be a part of our team in Napa, California. In this role, you will be focusing on aspects like human resources administration, hiring processes, compliance, and onboarding. This job offers a short term contract employment opportunity where you will be utilizing your skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites. 3+ months and hybrid 2 days a week Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of human resources administration, ensuring smooth operations • Efficiently handle the hiring processes, from job posting to conducting interviews • Ensure all HR activities are in compliance with the company's regulations and industry standards • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites for HR tasks such as data entry and report generation • Maintain effective communication with all levels of staff regarding HR policies and procedures • Monitor and manage employee records, updating them as necessary.
