工作內容- 招聘與面試:撰寫職缺,並運用各種平台進行招募作業、篩選簡歷、安排並主持面試,能確保人選與公司文化和需求的契合度。- 員工體驗:能夠建立並維護公司與員工之間的良好關係,協助解決員工問題,照顧員工on-boarding to off-boarding的過程。- 法規知識:了解並確保人力資源政策符合勞工法規與公司標準。- 推動及執行人力資源專案,如:績效管理、薪酬調查、招募優化等- 維護公司人事資料管理- 支援季節性員工活動,及跨部門專案協力事項- 完成其他主管交辦事項 Key responsibility: - Recruitment and Interviewing: Write job descriptions, utilize platforms for recruitment, screen resumes, and conduct interviews to ensure cultural fit.- Employee Experience: Build and maintain good relationships, assist with employee issues, and manage on-boarding to off-boarding.- Regulatory Knowledge: Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and standards.- Project Management: Execute HR projects like performance management and recruitment optimization.- Data Management: Maintain personnel data.- Event Support: Assist with seasonal activities and cross-departmental projects.- Other Ad Hoc Tasks: Complete tasks assigned by supervisors. 條件要求- 熟悉 HR 作業流程 (有薪酬經驗尤佳)- 熟悉勞基法及相關勞動法令,並與時俱進。- 希望你能具備善於溝通、主動積極、團隊合作、邏輯清晰、重視細節等特質 Qualifications:- Familiar with HR processes (payroll experience is a plus).- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.- Strong communication, proactive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail.
