Established engineering and manufacturing firm in search of an HR Generalist / Recruiter to join their growing team! Looking for a motivated individual with 3+ years of recruiting or HR generalist experience and knowledge of HRIS. Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and schedule interviews for candidates.

- Work closely with the director of HR to develop a recruiting plan.

- Maintain HR records, spreadsheets, and files.

- Develop and update job descriptions.

- Maintain employee engagement.

- Propose and implement ongoing innovations and improvements to recruitment processes.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required

- Ceridian Dayforce experience a plus

- 3+ years of experience in recruiting or as an HR Generalist

- Highly self-motivated and resourceful
