We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist for our Macon, GA First Quality Baby Products location. The primary purpose of the position is to provide payroll/timekeeping and other HR support for a rapidly growing, fast-paced manufacturing facility.

Primary responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Utilize Kronos/UKG to manage hourly employee time records and reportingEnter large amounts of data from payroll exceptions spreadsheet into Kronos/UKG systemCollaborate with department supervisors regarding payroll questionsProvide positive employee relations support to all levels of team members and managersWork within HRIS system (Workday) for reporting, recruiting, and I-9 managementConduct exit interviews and process terminationsMaintain HR forms and materialsTrack, file, and report on warning notices for attendance, conduct, and performance issuesMaintain electronic personnel filesMay assist with other areas of HR, such as recruiting, staffing, benefits, FMLA/leave requests, new hire orientations, special projects, and other duties as assignedFollow all necessary GMP, FDA, and ISO regulations and guidelinesObserve all safety rules and use proper safety equipment

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent years (6+) of applicable experienceOne to two years of experience with HR in a manufacturing environmentAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft systems, particularly ExcelAdvanced verbal and written communication skillsAbility to keep sensitive information confidentialHigh level of detail and sense of urgency in a deadline-driven environmentPrevious experience in a payroll or timekeeping role is helpful
