Skills and Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and/or four years of Human Resource related experience. * 1 or more years of demonstrated Human Resources/employee relations experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment. * Experience being the primary point of contact employees and assists with employee relations issues, questions, and concerns. * PHR or SHRM-CP Certification or in process of receiving it. * Comfortable with being on their feet and on the plant floor. * Has worked in a food grade facility or plastics facility. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
