Identifies emerging applications and drives process improvements and simplification that supports business and people strategy. Consults with HR & Payroll partners and Businesses to plan, develop and apply ideal solutions to meet organizational requirements. Defines strategy for HR Services support of Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures and Outsourcing (MADO) and manage MADO support activities. Accountable for HR data privacy, risk and compliance.

Manage Hiring related actions in the Workday system, handle queries via myHR tool and email and, deliver best resultsIdentify areas for process improvement, recommend ideas and different perspective, share best practices for team collaborationSupport Business Process Owners in activity prioritization, monitoring, quality control and reportingMaintain expert knowledge on Global Trade rules, provide oversight and guidance on internal procedure to ensure compliance and consistencyApply detail-oriented, interpersonal, and organizational skills to provide a high level of service to the organization and its stakeholdersMaintain strong, effective working relationship with a variety of stakeholders across the organizationActively involve in company-wide initiatives and drive strategic initiatives, programsGive emphasis to teamwork, innovative thinking and active participation to achieve objectivesFlexible to work in rotational shifts including Night shiftKnowledge and Skills:
