HR Implementation Manager

The HR Implementation Manager supports the People Team in the implementation of strategic, multi-functional projects throughout all phases of project life-cycle.  Collaborates with People Leadership and other business stakeholders to implement value added projects and initiatives that support the core and common People Team objectives and are aligned with CommonSpirit Health’s mission, values and core strategies.


Responsibilities

*This is a Remote Opportunity

Independently leads and directs HR system initiatives (efforts, projects, production support) through all phases of the project life cycle.Work closely with sponsors, process owners, and subject matter experts to develop and deploy implementation plans and other project tools, establish metrics and improvement targets, drive projects to completion, and monitor effectiveness of solutions.Work collaboratively with the People Team leading cross-functional teams in all aspects of the project life cycle: Initiate, Plan, Design, Develop, Test, Implement, Close including current state assessment, process validation, organizational readiness, and post-implementation support.Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals through collaboration across The People Team markets and other disciplines. Support process improvement activities including new system implementations, efficiency redesign, divisional and support. Serves as point-person for internal and external project communications; communicates project milestones, completion dates, costs, risks, issues, contingencies and other significant matters to team and stakeholders.

Qualifications
Required Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; Master’s Preferred. 8 years of total project management experience required.

HR experience preferred

Strong communication skills, both written and verbalSkills demonstrating effective analysis and decision makingStrong presentation and facilitation Familiarity with agile methodologies for project managementGeneral knowledge of HR technology tools and processesDemonstrated skills to assess customer service requirements Strong problem-solving skillsAbility to effectively communicate objectives and execute project initiatives within the framework of overall organizational objectives
