Position Description
The HR Compliance Specialist is responsible for maintaining the Human Resources component of the accreditation management system for internal and external reporting of data related to CMS and Joint Commission standards, Supports continuous readiness (patient safety and service quality) in Human Resources functions across the organization.
Position Requirements
REQUIRED Bachelor’s degree plus two (2) years’ experience in Human Resources, HR Compliance or Quality Improvement or related experience OR four 4 years’ experience in Human Resources, HR Compliance, Quality Improvement, or related Knowledge of Human Resources policy, regulations, and administration Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and project management Experience with coaching, validation and competency based assessment programs. Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design with demonstrated ability to educate others. Proven ability to define objectives, establish priorities, and perform multiple assignments simultaneously within defined procedures and PREFERRED Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) through the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ). Demonstrated knowledge and prior experience in activities related to quality improvement in healthcare. Previous training as a team leader and facilitator.
